Job summary

The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel, operated by Spire Hospitality LLC, is seeking a creative, guest-focused part-time Night Auditor to join its team. You will warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless operations at the front desk after hours.

As Night Auditor, you will balance daily revenue, prepare PMS reports, handle check-ins/check-outs, address guest questions, and support a friendly, efficient guest experience for a diverse range of travelers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year Front Desk experience is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to guests by responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Prepare and balance daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
• Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and address computer issues during the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Conduct check-ins and check-outs efficiently and answer calls professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.

The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, skilled, guest-focused part-time Night Auditor to join its team of fun-spirited colleagues!

With 250+ rooms and nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, the hotel is conveniently located for both business and leisure travelers.

As a Night Auditor front desk Agent, your dedication to guest satisfaction and meticulous attention to closing and resetting systems will ensure seamless operations the next day, elevating our standards. Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests by responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in preparing daily Food & Beverage revenue reports, and in creating and balancing PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
• Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.
