Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a guest-focused Front Desk Agent for the Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel in Bloomington, MN. Join our fun-spirited team and help deliver memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

In this full-time role, you must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $17.50 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth and hotel discounts as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service or guest-facing role required.
• Full understanding of MS Office suite, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.

The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, skilled, guest-focused front desk agent to join their fun-spirited team!Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hotel Property Overview: The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is an upscale Marriott property located in Bloomington, Minnesota, conveniently situated near the Mall of America, Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport, and major Twin Cities attractions. Qualifications: Education:

Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.
