Spire Hospitality’s Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a guest-focused, part-time Night Auditor to join our team. The role includes balancing daily PMS reports, handling check-ins/outs, and ensuring seamless operations to start the next day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional front desk service.
• Prepare daily Revenue reports and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlements.
• Make corrections and adjustments in the PMS and troubleshoot computer issues during the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Perform check-ins and check-outs and answer calls promptly.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
