Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena is seeking a Night Audit Associate to serve as the overnight ambassador of hospitality, reconciling daily transactions, preparing audit reports, and assisting guests with inquiries in a quiet, detail‑oriented setting.

The role blends customer service with accounting precision and requires 1–2 years of hotel experience. Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, cash handling, reporting, and maintaining smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Register guests (check-ins/outs), assign rooms, and handle requests.
• Know hotel operations, policies and procedures.
• Know Brand operating systems and loyalty programs.
• Know rooms, amenities, and services.
• Know room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
• Ensure proper credit at checkout and handle late charges.
• Know cash handling and banking procedures.
• Bank out at end of shift per drop procedures.
• Email daily reports to accounting.
• Answer phones, process mail and messages.
• Assist guests with problems and resolve issues.
• Know the city and local attractions.
• Use spare time to clean and maintain areas.
• Know emergency procedures and actions.
• Inspect conference rooms and restrooms for cleanliness.
• Perform security walks of hotel.
• Investigate and address noise issues and complaints.
• Assist with breakfast area preparation and maintenance.
