Responsibilities

• Process credit card and other daily transactions.
• Handle the front desk phone system, transfers, and reservations.
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability.
• Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures.
• Administer guest payment policies and verify daily shifts accuracy.
• Prepare folios for morning departing guests.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
