Job summary

Embassy Raleigh Crabtree in Raleigh is seeking a part-time Night Auditor (11pm-7am) to greet guests, register arrivals, and close out accounts with accuracy and courtesy. The role requires a NC driver's license, English fluency, and prior Night Auditor or Front Desk experience; Marriott experience is preferred.

Compensation is based on experience at $17-$19 per hour. Benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must speak, read, and understand English.
• NC driver's license required.
• Previous Night Auditor or Front Desk Agent experience in a brand hotel preferable.
• Marriott experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional welcome and assist during check-in and check-out.
• Process registrations, room changes and payments accurately.
• Close guest accounts and prepare nightly audit reports.
• Maintain cash drawer per accounting guidelines and ensure security of guest information.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
