Job summary

Highgate Hotels is hiring a Night Auditor for the Hampton Inn Chandler location. The role involves reconciling cashier transactions, generating management reports, and ensuring accurate guest billing and city ledger transactions.

You will also support front desk operations, including check-ins, reservations, and switchboard duties as needed. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, familiarity with financial data, and the ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions and reviewing management reports for accuracy.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and switchboard duties as required.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports and distribute daily/monthly reports.
• Ensure accuracy of all numbers reported and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
