Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Manchester, NH seeks a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, ensure accurate guest billing, and prepare daily reports. You will also handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and switchboard duties as part of a dynamic front office team.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, some guest service experience, and the ability to work late/overnight hours with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
• Late/Overnight shift and strong communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions and ensuring accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Communicate concerns to management and perform guest services duties as required (check-in/check-out, reservations).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports and distribute daily/monthly reports.
• Input and update financial information into corporate systems and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to governmental inquiries when needed.
