Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor at Courtyard Manchester, Manchester, NH. The role focuses on reconciling cashier transactions, preparing daily and month-end reports, and ensuring accurate guest billing and city ledger entries.

The incumbent will also handle front desk duties as needed and communicate issues to management. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, experience in hospitality, and strong computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and assist with management reports.
• Communicate concerns to management and perform guest service agent duties as needed.
• Check-in, check-out, switchboard operation and reservations as required.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports and distribute daily reports.
• Prepare month-end reports and ensure accuracy of numbers.
