Key duties include conducting daily audit procedures, verifying wake-up calls, balancing cash receipts, and resetting front office systems for the next business day.

Qualifications

• Guest service or front desk hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audit procedures in compliance with hotel and company standards.
• Verify and follow up on wake-up call requests.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions, ensuring timely deposits.
• Reset front office systems and operations for the upcoming business day.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.
• Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.
• Participate actively in front office meetings and training sessions.
• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
