This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with basic accounting and math helps balance revenue reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and train a team during overnight operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiar with basic accounting procedures.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Night Audit team to reconcile revenue.
• Monitor staffing to meet guest service needs while following labor model.
• Act as Manager on Duty during overnight shifts with Security collaboration.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure revenue figures balance.
• Train and mentor associates to maintain a high-performing team.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
