The Quoin Hotel Wilmington is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role blends guest service with accounting, ensuring a smooth close of the days financial activity.

Youll balance paperwork, input revenue and expenses into the front office system, handle check-ins/outs, and answer guests questions. Evening shifts, on-site work in Wilmington, DE, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work evening/overnight shifts.
• Strong computer skills and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and reconcile cards.
• Input revenues/expenses into front office system and generate daily reports.
• Handle front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room moves, and late checkouts.
• Answer guests' questions about hotel services and amenities.
