Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Rancho Bernardo is seeking a Night Auditor to work overnight shifts, supervise hotel operations, and verify daily transactions for accuracy. You will ensure guests are served promptly and courteously while maintaining proper cash handling and reconciliation.

We value attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; weekends and holidays availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience; overnight shift experience ideal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Stand for an entire shift and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Resolve guest issues to their satisfaction using problem‑solving skills.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between shifts and departments.
