Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Night Auditor for Montrose at Beverly Hills in West Hollywood, CA. The role covers overnight front desk duties from 11 PM to 7 AM, including check-ins, guest communication, and cashiering.

The incumbent provides exceptional guest service, handles reservations, upsells rooms, and coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand behind the desk and front office areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms.
• Basic computer skills to operate property management and reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and location.
• Ensure identification is taken from guests at check-in as required by local rules.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Record and process guest calls, requests or concerns.
• Record guest preferences in the system.
• Check guests out and resolve any charges.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Issue and release guest safe-deposit boxes as needed.
• Report guest issues to management for follow-up.
• Resolve guest problems using service recovery guidelines.
• Book reservations for individuals or groups as requested.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
