Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, issue room keys, and provide hotel information.
• Answer phones promptly and handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Record guest preferences and process transactions accurately.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain safety procedures.
