Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in per local requirements.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Process guest calls, requests, and payments accurately.
• Record guest preferences in the system.
• Check guests out and resolve late or disputed charges.
• Handle cash and credit transactions following procedures.
• Communicate guest requests to management for follow-up.
• Work with other departments to ensure quality service.
• Assist with guest room tours and concierge services as needed.
