Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with computers and hotel software, especially PMS or reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: assist guests to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
• Reservations Management: handle bookings, cancellations, and changes with accuracy.
• Customer Service: respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Payment Processing: manage room charges, deposits, and refunds per hotel policy.
• Communication Hub: coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest needs.
• Providing Information: share details on hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Problem-Solving: address concerns, escalating when necessary to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining Records: keep accurate PMS records of stays, charges, and interactions.
• Promoting Hotel Services: upsell rooms and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Ensuring Security: follow safety policies and verify guest identities as required.
