Responsibilities include balancing receipts, assisting guests, and coordinating with overnight staff to maintain security and service levels during night hours.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in property management systems and office software.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Verify payments and process credit authorizations.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Balance daily receipts and perform income audits.
• Assist guests with checkout and resolve discrepancies.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping to resolve issues.
• Make reservations and ensure accurate data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues to management.
