The Quincy Hotel, Washington DC is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM). You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, cash handling, and front desk duties with a focus on service quality.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with major hotel brands, and strong communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Ensure proper ID at check-in per local requirements.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue.
• Record guest preferences and process all transactions accurately.
• Handle guest check-out and resolve late or disputed charges.
