Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and nightly balance of accounts. You will assist guests, process check-ins, and generate end-of-day reports to support management decisions.

The role emphasizes strong numerical skills, hospitality know-how, and the ability to work independently through the night. On-site position based in Herndon, VA with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of all numbers.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Maintain safety through regular security walks.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient with Windows, Word, and Excel; able to solve problems independently.
