Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team in Berkeley. This role focuses on nightly accounting tasks, guest interactions, and front desk support with a strong emphasis on service excellence.

You will audit daily ledgers, post room rates and taxes, and ensure accuracy across guest folios while maintaining a welcoming night-time front desk presence. This position offers compelling benefits and growth opportunities within a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System).
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and end-of-day accounting functions.
• Post daily room rates and taxes; ensure accuracy of guest folio charges.
• Greet and assist guests at front desk; process check-ins/outs and reservations.
• Perform cash drops and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain organized Front Desk area for morning staff.
• Monitor security systems and ensure lobby is presentable at night.
