Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Night Auditor at the Berkeley property. The role focuses on accurate nightly accounting, front desk support, and guest satisfaction, with an emphasis on timeliness and service quality.

The Night Auditor will audit daily ledgers, post room rates and taxes, and ensure charges are correct while coordinating with other departments. This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios.
• Acts as front desk agent, checking guests in and out, handling reservations.
• Monitors hotel security cameras.
• Works nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
