Hampton Inn Washington-Downtown-Convention Center is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly accounts, close books, and reset systems for the next day’s operations. You will perform Guest Service Agent tasks and support front office operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will record and reconcile transactions, ensure accuracy of cash-handling, and remain attentive to guest satisfaction. The role requires flexibility for holidays and weekend shifts, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Night audit and accounting experience or training required.
• Proficient with Excel and arithmetic.
• FSD certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain room availability and guest accounts using systems.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and card settlements.
• Input and update financial data into BRAINS network.
• Assist guests with check-in/out and guest inquiries.
