Job summary

Homewood Suites Washington DC Convention Center is seeking a responsible Night Auditor to join the Front Office team. This part-time, on-site role balances overnight accounting with guest services, ensuring a smooth transition between hotel days.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree or 6–12 months of related experience, strong computer skills, and a courteous, people-friendly approach even under pressure. Nights/weekends/holidays are required; benefits include hotel discounts.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with guests and team members politely and professionally

Responsibilities

• Balance paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, and reconcile cards
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into front office system to generate reports
• Complete front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, moves, late checkouts, and requests
• Answer guests’ questions about hotel services and amenities
