Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred, but training available for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and guest service skills required for overnight hours.
• Sharp attention to detail with accurate reporting and balance of folios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours, handling check-in/check-out and special requests.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions at close of business day, including credit card reconciliation and cash handling.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries for management review.
• Explain standard hotel reports and guest folios, acting as on-site authority during overnight shifts.
• Protect guest information and hotel data; respond to and resolve guest concerns professionally.
