Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to join our front desk team in West Lafayette, Indiana. You’ll balance accounts, welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, verify IDs and payments, and ensure accuracy of daily revenue and records.

Qualifications

• Six months related experience or training preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts from day shift and audit daily transactions.
• Welcome guests, assign rooms and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Verify IDs and payments, collect guest information and stay details.
• Schedule wake-up calls and handle guest requests promptly.
• Respond to complaints professionally and create invoices and records.
• Maintain documentation and complete end-of-day hotel audit.
