Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Experience in customer service and hotel front desk is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and assist with check-in/out.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Handle payments, verify IDs, and process registrations and reservations.
• Maintain accuracy in records, operate front desk systems, and balance cash.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
