White Lodging in Indianapolis is hiring a Night Audit to support front desk operations, balance daily revenues, and ensure accurate reporting. You will provide courteous guest service, read and interpret various hotel reports, and maintain confidentiality of guest information.

The role requires a customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Hospitality experience is a plus. Day 1 benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the front desk with courtesy and professionalism.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions daily (cash, credit cards).
• Run audits and generate reports; record revenues and statistics accurately.
• Explain reports and guest folios clearly and maintain privacy of hotel information.
• Respond effectively to guest concerns and emergencies as needed.
