Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor to work three 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, in Golden, CO. The role handles guest check-ins/outs, answers calls, and performs nightly accounting tasks while supporting housekeeping as needed.

Must be able to work overnight hours (11pm–7am) and maintain accuracy in financial records. Responsibilities include balancing the Night Audit, reviewing the Room Rate Report, and ensuring all reports and logs are accurate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Overnight shift (11pm–7am) availability required.
• Basic computer skills and math aptitude.
• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins and check-outs on the overnight shift.
• Answer calls and assist guests while upholding service standards.
• Perform nightly accounting tasks and balance cash, postings, and reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and bank deposits.
• Run end-of-day reports and ensure all interfaces are operational.
