Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Night Clerk to serve as ambassador of the hotel, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering calls, and supporting nightly accounting. The role also includes acting as a runner for housekeeping and balancing financial data to maintain accurate records.

The position requires overnight availability (11pm–7am), prior hotel experience, and basic computer skills. It is an on-site role offering standard hotel benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• One year of experience in a similar hotel position preferred.
• Must be able to work the overnight shift 11pm–7am; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and promotions.
• Operate PMS (Property Management System) and balance daily financials.
• Process currency exchange and payments to guest accounts; post and audit charges.
• Close POS, run end-of-day processes, and prepare daily reports.
• Restock printers and ensure log books are current and accurate.
