Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will welcome guests, handle late check-ins/early check-outs, process payments, and balance daily financials.

Qualifications

• Front desk or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel’s overnight front desk operations and provide exceptional guest service.
• Warmly welcome guests, handle late-night check-ins and early check-outs, answer calls and inquiries.
• Process guest payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Balance daily financial reports and reconcile hotel transactions (room charges, cash, credit card).
• Manage reservations and room assignments; conduct routine property checks and inform morning team.
