Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor in Reno, NV to cover the 11 PM–7 AM shift. You will balance the books, post revenues, and reconcile ledgers while handling guest requests with calm professionalism.

Ideal candidates have front desk experience, basic accounting knowledge, and strong Excel skills. The role requires reliable overnight availability and comfort with hotel property systems.

Competenze

• Front office experience (6+ months) behind a desk and able to run front desk tasks.
• Basic accounting knowledge including posting revenues and balancing ledgers.
• Proficiency with Excel and property management systems.

Mansioni

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, ensure accuracy of postings.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally during night hours.
