Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping and balancing financial transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Verify payments and process credit authorizations.
• Maintain accurate records of availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Balance daily receipts and conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out, resolve discrepancies.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with overnight staff to resolve issues.
• Make and confirm reservations with accurate data entry.
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document feedback and escalate issues to management.
• Perform nightly bucket checks and ensure security.
• Support in maintaining overnight safety and guest activity monitoring.
