Responsibilities

• Greet guests on overnight shift and handle check-ins, reservations, and late requests.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate nightly reports.
• Perform security walks and maintain a calm, safe environment for guests.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs to solve problems.
