Job summary

Candlewood Suites Fort Myers is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the overnight front desk host and financial closer, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction during quiet hours. You will check in late arrivals, run nightly audit reports, reconcile transactions, monitor security, and handle guest inquiries with a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a bonus) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability and a calm, guest-first mindset.

We’re looking for a Night Auditor who thrives in quiet hours, keeps operations running smoothly, and ensures every guest ends and begins their day on a high note.

Schedule

• Overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Includes weekends and holidays as needed

What You’ll Do
