Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor in Orlando to balance nightly revenues, settle accounts, and reset systems for the next day. The role includes guest service tasks, auditing cashiers, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include nightly audits, daily reporting, guest check-in/out support, and addressing guest inquiries. A High School diploma and Excel skills are required; FSD certification is a plus, with a 90-day completion window.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Input and update financial information into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall service quality.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
