Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn | CR Hotel #1 LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to manage end-of-day reporting, nightly audits, and related front desk tasks on the 10:00 PM–8:00 AM shift. This role combines financial reconciliation with attentive guest service to ensure a smooth transition into a new business day.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, prepare daily reports for management, and maintain security and accuracy of guest charges, while delivering friendly, efficient service

Qualifications

High School education or GED required to accomplish essential functions.
Must be computer proficient and familiar with office equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and balance daily transactions.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports for management.
Monitor hotel security and ensure safety of guests and staff during the night shift.
Audit and verify room charges, taxes and other hotel revenues.
Operate the front desk and perform clerical tasks (phones, records).
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial regulations.
Assist in resolving discrepancies in guest billing.
Must be able to handle crises calmly (upset guests, emergencies).
