Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor for the Hilton Garden Inn Key West / The Keys Collection. This hourly position handles nightly reconciliation, guest services, check-in/check-out, and daily reporting with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Based in Key West, FL, the role requires flexible hours and the ability to work overnight. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of cross-training in related hotel accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsabilités

• Reconciling nightly hotel cashier transactions and city ledger entries.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and month-end reports.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations as needed.
• Audit, reconcile, and transmit front desk and F&B cashiers’ work.
• Maintain accuracy of all financial data and reporting to management.
