Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or progressive hotel experience.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Late/Overnight shift.
• Sedentary work with occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor and communicate effectively.
• Attend all hotel-required meetings and trainings and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and financial reports.
• Prepare daily operating reports and monthly reports.
• Perform guest check-in/check-out and reservations duties.
• Audit Front Desk and F&B cashiering and credit card transactions.
• Input financial data into corporate systems.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests.
