Job summary

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and review reports.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out duties as required.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily operating and month-end reports.
• Ensure accuracy of all numbers reported and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Communicate issues to management and assist in cross-training in hotel-related areas.
