Job summary

YVE Hotel Miami, part of Highgate Hotels, seeks a Part-Time Night Auditor to join the Front Office Operations team. The auditor reconciles nightly cashier transactions, compiles management reports, and ensures accuracy of guest billings and city ledger entries while delivering guest service during overnight hours.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, guest service experience, computer skills, and the ability to work late shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1 year hotel experience preferred.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Late/Overnight shift.
• Must communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Review, organize and compile management reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Perform guest service agent duties as required (check-in/check-out, reservations).
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers' work.
• Transmit all credit cards timely and maintain data accuracy.
