Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor in downtown Miami to reconcile cashier transactions, generate reports, and support front desk operations. The role includes check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard duties as part of a broader guest services function.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, strong numerical aptitude, and solid communication skills. The position is on-site with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Guest Service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling all hotel cashier transactions and ensuring accuracy of guest billings.
• Reviewing and distributing daily reports and maintaining timely management reports.
• Perform guest services duties as required (check-in/check-out, reservations, switchboard).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports and credit card transactions.
• Maintain regular attendance and communicate issues to management.
