Job summary

Wet Willie's in Lanett, AL seeks a Night Auditor to work a 11:00 pm–7:00 am shift, handling guest check-ins/outs, concierge tasks, and front desk operations. You will support PBX and the front desk while delivering courteous, professional service and maintaining accurate guest records.

Responsibilities

• Night Auditor will work five nights a week from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am and ensure appropriate checking in and checking out of guests and providing services to these guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations including PBX and Concierge duties as needed
• Maintain guest records, process payments, and follow credit-checking procedures
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to update room status and handle guest requests
• Promote hotel services and upsell rooms using suggestive selling techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and related equipment
