Job summary

Wet Willie's seeks a Breakfast Host to join our team in Lanett, Alabama. The role involves greeting guests, stocking and maintaining the breakfast serving areas, and ensuring items are ready for service on schedule.

You will monitor cleanliness, assist with inventory, and accommodate guest requests in a friendly, fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend shifts may be required to support breakfast service.

Qualifications

• Flexible with hours and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare breakfast by stocking the serving areas.
• Maintain serving areas during breakfast hours.
• Set up and break down the serving areas.
• Conduct inventory of all food and service items.
• Stay up to date on changing standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction of the breakfast.
• Monitor breakfast SALT scores and find ways to improve on breakfast presentation.
• Sets up breakfast at scheduled time.
• Ensures breakfast items are stocked and available to guests during breakfast hours.
• Maintains cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours.
• Greets guest and accommodates special requests as needed.
• Ensures countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times.
• Inventory breakfast items regularly: orders or purchases items as necessary and provides all receipts to manager.
• All other duties as assigned.
