Responsibilities

• Process payments including room charges, debit/credit, cash and cheques.
• Check guests in/out and manage wake-up calls.
• Answer phones and handle overnight guest queries.
• Run night audit on property management systems or manual equivalents.
• Perform concierge duties and fulfill guest requests.
