Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee financial and administrative tasks during the night shift. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities include guest services for late arrivals, night-time check-ins/outs, accounting, and preparing next-day reports within a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel front office or guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities required.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Process night-time check-ins/outs and manage reservations.
• Handle inquiries and provide information during night shift.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
• Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation in the PMS.
• Compile and distribute daily reports to departments.
