Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly while handling Guest Service Agent duties. The role includes auditing, reconciling cashiers, and updating the BRAINS system for daily operations.

You will review room availability, generate reports, manage check-ins/outs, and respond to guest inquiries to ensure high satisfaction. The position requires night shift availability and basic accounting skills; FSD is a plus and training will be provided within 90

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly; audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Maintain records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or using computers.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores across departments.
