Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Night Auditor to provide customer service, balance the books, and handle essential accounting tasks during late-night shifts. You will process payments, manage check-ins/outs, and respond to overnight guest requests.

Responsibilities include using the night audit PMS, answering phones, and supporting concierge services. Strong math, cash handling, and knowledge of hotel operations are required.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payments.
• Cash handling experience for counting and securing bank deposits.
• Computer literacy with familiarity in PMS software.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process payments including room charges, debit/credit, cash and checks per procedures.
• Check guests in and out; manage wake-up calls.
• Answer phones and handle overnight guest queries.
• Run night audit in PMS or manual alternatives.
• Perform concierge tasks and respond to special guest requests.
