My Place Hotel Dickinson is seeking a Night Auditor to service guests during the night shift, manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and accurately record charges. You will address guest inquiries with local area knowledge and maintain front desk logs.

You will perform night audit tasks, assist with cash logs, and keep the lobby and front desk areas tidy. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and record charges for rooms, taxes, and store purchases.
• Guest Assistance: answer questions and know local amenities and attractions.
• Night Audit & Paperwork: complete audit checklist, manage cash logs, call logs, and update logs.
• Cleaning & Laundry: perform light cleaning tasks and keep areas tidy.
• Safety & Security: follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Learning & Growth: take on extra responsibilities and be on call.
