Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort seeks a Night Auditor to oversee night-time financial and administrative tasks. You will manage guest check-ins/outs, post charges, reconcile daily revenue, and prepare reports for the next day’s operations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Address guest inquiries and requests during the night shift.
• Process night-time check-ins/outs and manage reservations.
• Post charges and balance nightly revenue in the PMS.
• Prepare daily reports for next day operations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data privacy.
